INTRAMUROS, Manila: Manila Metropolitan Cathedral

Standing in the historic walled city is the seat of the Archbishop of Manila, the Manila Metropolitan Cathedral. The cathedral is also known as the Minor Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, the patroness of the Philippines.

The interior of the cathedral (I wasn't able to get up close to the main altar as there was a wedding about to begin)

Carvings on the doors of the church with Latin inscriptions.
