PAGBILAO, Quezon: St. Catherine of Alexandria Parish Church

     The Church of Pagbilao, also known as St. Catherine of Alexandria Parish Church, stands right across the municipal hall of the town. At a first glance, one would have thought that the facade of the church is already renovated which is evident. Only the bell tower gives you an idea that it stood for ages now.

Standing in front of the church is an image of the Blessed Virgin Mary, with an engraved title at the bottom: 

"Medugarie" 

PADRE BURGOS, Quezon: Holy Cross Parish

     Situated in a quiet barrio, the town church of Padre Burgos is not evident unlike other churches that I already visited. It is not situated near a town plaza nor a municipal hall that is why it took me to ask some locals where the town church is. Only to find out that its just few steps away from the town arch.

INTRAMUROS, Manila: Manila Metropolitan Cathedral

Standing in the historic walled city is the seat of the Archbishop of Manila, the Manila Metropolitan Cathedral. The cathedral is also known as the Minor Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, the patroness of the Philippines.

LILIW, Laguna: Liliw Church

The red-bricked church of Liliw is under the protection of its patron, Saint John the Baptist.

SILANG, Cavite: Silang Church

Upon seeing the façade of this church, one would think that this is not as interesting as the the other old churches we have. Behold what lies inside this church of the town of Silang in Cavite.
